1. What’s your typical turnaround time for orders? ​
- Screen Printing: Turnaround is 7-10 business days. 
- Embroidery: Turnaround is 10-15 business days.

2. Do you charge setup fees?
- Screen Printing: We calculate screen setups into our screen printing quotes  
- Embroidery:  Each logo has a 1-time setup fee per size of $45.00 
- Laser Etching: Each logo has a 1-time setup fee per material and size of $35.00 if you have vector art
- Emboss/Deboss: Each logo has a 1-time setup fee per logo and size of $75.00
- Promotional Goods: Some Promotional goods may have a setup charge depending on your items

3. Do you have minimum orders?
• Yes, the minimum varies depending on the decoration type. 

4. Do you charge a setup fee for reprints?
• Yes, there could be re-setup costs depending on the item and type of decoration. Your item price could change depending on your new quantity.  

5. Can you do rush orders?
• Depending on the time of year, we may be able to get your items decorated early. Any job requested within 5 business days is considered a rush job and could be subject to a rush fee. 

6. What type of shirts or products can you provide for my order?

7. Do you have an online site where I can order my designs?

8. Can you provide artwork for me?
• Yes, Inkling Design has multiple artists in-house, and we would love to help you design your custom art. Visit our Art Pricing Page for more information. 

9. Can you do specialty printing like foil, glitter, or other styles?
• Yes, these decorations will have an additional setup fee and could have a longer turnaround time. 

10. How will I receive my items? 
• Items will be available for shipping or pick up from our office.

Art Pricing

We would love to help you create the perfect custom art for your order. When creating and editing art, there is a base price of $45. If you choose to use Inkling Design for your order, your quote will include the art fee. Click read more to learn about our art pricing.
